Hey guys!! Bored with everyday’s normal old routine breakfast like idli, upma, dosa, puri, bread, egg etc etc..?
Here i am to give you guys a dish to add to your breakfast, which is very very delicious and tasty.
PANCAKES..!! yummie… Hope you people heard about it and have also tasted it, but now im gonna tell you how to prepare it. Its very simple, easy and time saving as well.
So guys all set with your aprons..? Here we go to prepare the Delicious Pancakes…
The ingredients we require
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, stirred or sifted before measuring
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
How to prepare..??
Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and 1 1/2 cups of milk; add to flour mixture, stirring only until smooth. Blend in melted butter. If the batter seems too thick to pour, add a little more milk.
Cook on a hot pan, using about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbly, a little dry around the edges, and lightly browned on the bottom; turn and brown the other side.
Serve it hot with toppings.
This Recipe for pancakes serves 4.
You can have these pancakes with honey, jam, peanut butter, grated cheese, butter etc..
A glass of chocolate shake with these pancakes adds an extra taste to the breakfast menu..
