Read moreThanks to the internet, the world is being introduced and exposed to numerous cultures and practices. Influence on food and cuisine is surely enormous! However, there will be a few food habits say a few dishes, which always remain inside of us. I’ve listed 4 food items which haven’t died and will live inside Tambrams. 1) Kumbakonam Degree Kaapi I personally have great attachment towards the authentic kaapi(coffee). Tambrams drink coffee preferably between or post meals, for a variety of reasons-mental peace, discussions, a source of energy, comfort guests, diluted laxative, morning drink and a placebo for headache relief. It is to note that the weather does not affect the consumption of our favorite kaapi. Rain or shine, my kaapi is mine ^_^ 2) The Oorga syndrome The ultimate combination of curd rice with pickle has undeniably a unique place in the list. Although summer season makes this combination a thrill, the duo is an all-time favorite for many Tambrahm hearts. The dominant symptoms are refilling curd rice or the pickle when either of them go empty, resulting in overeating. This is one combo to definitely try if Tambrahm diet interests you. 3) V for Vadaam Crunch, munch and chomp. A Vadaam is the hardened form of rice batter. With different types and combinations, they can end up being excellent side dish substituting chips. They show chips who’s daddy when they’re around. Vadaams are fried in oil, making them a fresh, crispy and the best side dish option. 4) Give me More More is more known as buttermilk today. It’s an instant remedy to hydrate and cool the body. Geographically situated in the tropical region, Tambrahms have their own version of buttermilk called as Neer More. Neer means water. There is no better option than this for immediate relief as it is also healthy for the body. Tambrahm diet has it’s original culinary structure and system to be followed. It includes a wide variety of dishes from breakfast to dinner. I might have missed a few items which I may not have experienced in the list above. I welcome other food items which you wish to add. Just pass it through a comment and I’ll take note.
