Some desires drift in mind

May they be real in time

Bereft of chagrin of despair

For I have the zeal to shine

Desires uplift this furious soul

When frustrations swirl in air

Desire to find your essence

For it is where your presence lies

The soul desires to drift

In the sea of eternity

To fathom the unfathomable

To realize the meaning of life

Some desires are futile

They take away your peace of mind

Dispose yourself of them

To learn the art of being wise

Desire to seek spirituality in you

Not to equivocate the truth

Thoughtful actions bring serene smile

Bereft of remorse is a peaceful mind
